WHY PHONE CONSULTATIONS FOR FLORIDA TENANTS?
My goal is to make sure that you as a Florida tenant are equipped with solid and affordable legal advice from an experienced attorney BEFORE you enter into a legal dispute with your landlord.
If you’re already in a legal battle with your landlord, you may want to get solid and affordable legal advice from an experienced attorney BEFORE you file documents in court or send letters or legal notices which will be used against you later.
Many Florida landlords have access to attorneys and good legal advice. My goal is make sure that tenants get legal advice and support that is just as accessible, affordable, and effective as the legal advice available to Florida landlords.

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT BE GOING IT ALONE
Florida’s Landlord-Tenant Laws are complicated - complicated enough that lawyers and judges, who deal with these laws every day, constantly disagree about what the laws mean and how the laws are supposed to be applied.
The purpose of this website is to assist you as a Florida tenant in figuring out what Florida law does to protect tenants’ rights, and how you can use those laws to your benefit in dealing with your landlord.
HOW DOES THE PHONE CONSULTATION WORK?
(1) You sign up for a phone consultation by clicking “Buy Now”.
(2) Once you've paid for the consultation, you will be taken to a page to provide some basic information about yourself and a good phone number where you can be reacherd, and any special notes for the call. (“Don’t call me before 10am” . . . . or “I’m easiest to reach at lunch between 12 noon and 1 pm”).
(2) You then be directed to a receipt page with your secret password and receipt # (you'll need these for your call).
(3) You will receive up to a 20 minute phone call from our attorney. If you do not answer, a message will be left and you will be able to return the call.
Churchill & Wells and FloridaTenant.com makes every effort to leave you satisfied with your experience, but cannot be responsible for dropped calls or repeated missed calls. Our Florida Landlord-Tenant attorney does leave voicemail messages and does leave you a return number. We will do everything we can to make sure we make contact and provide the consultation for which you are paying. Your only obligation is to follow up in good faith (answer our call, return our call if we leave a message, bear with us if you must leave us a message if you were not available when we called the first time, etc.). We look forward to speaking with you.
